Fast fixes for common dead ends

The tape only gives a flavor message

Return to OKLG and try the PDA context menu. The continuation is reported on the PDA, not on the physical tape itself.

I cannot find an intercom on Flotilla

Use the lower-left station door. A player who asked this exact question confirmed that the needed interaction appears as a context option on the door.

The expected station or NPC is missing

Older saves can lack world content generated after the save began. Back up the save, confirm the version, and compare with a fresh 1.0 world before assuming the objective is broken.
